Withdrawal policy

How withdrawal requests are made, checked, processed, and paid at BTC 800 + Lurotix, and the rules that govern every payout. This policy is consistent with the method tables on the deposit and withdrawal methods page; where a method's timing is stated there, this page explains why it is stated that way.

1. Introduction and your agreement

By requesting a withdrawal you agree to this policy. It exists so that payouts go to the right person, by a route that can be verified, inside a time you can plan around. Withdrawals are a core service, not a favor: the rules below are published in advance and applied identically to every account.

2. Available withdrawal methods

Withdrawals are paid by bank transfer to a verified account in your own name, to the Visa or Mastercard used for funding where your issuer supports payouts, or to the PayPal account used for funding. The full table, with types, fees, and processing times for each, is on the methods page. Crypto payouts to external wallets are not part of the standard account; where custody arrangements make an exception possible, it is agreed in writing before funding, never improvised at payout time.

3. Processing times

Requests approved before 14:00 AST on a business day enter processing the same day. PayPal payouts are normally credited within 24 hours of approval, bank transfers complete within one to three business days, and card payouts post within one to five business days depending on the issuer. The calendar days that can slow a payout include your bank's own cut-off times, weekend clearing, public holidays in Trinidad and Tobago or the destination country, and additional checks under section 6.

4. Fees and charges

The platform charges no withdrawal fee on any supported method. Costs that can appear are external: an intermediary bank fee on international wires, the receiving bank's own charges, or a conversion spread where the destination account is not in US dollars. Where a third-party charge applies, it is disclosed at confirmation, and the platform does not add a margin to it.

5. Limits

The minimum withdrawal is USD 50 per request. Daily and monthly maximums depend on your tier and completed verification level, and your manager states your limits in writing before you fund. A request above a limit is not rejected silently: it is split where possible or returned with an explanation and the earliest date it can be resubmitted.

6. KYC and AML checks

The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification and active two-factor authentication. Unusually large withdrawals, activity inconsistent with the account profile, or conditions triggering the AML/KYC policy can require additional documentation before release. These checks are protective: they are the reason a stolen password alone cannot empty an account.

7. Why a withdrawal can be delayed or declined

A payout can be paused for: a name mismatch between the account and the destination, an incomplete or expired verification file, documents that are unreadable, a destination that is not in your own name, pending checks under the AML program, an unresolved complaint about the funds in question, or a technical failure at a payment provider. A decline always comes with the reason where the rules permit it and what would resolve it. The platform never declines a compliant payout to buy time, and never asks for a "release fee": any such request is fraud.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the destination details you enter: account number, card, or PayPal address. The platform verifies that the destination is in your name, but it cannot know that you typed your own bank account correctly. Details are confirmed back to you before submission, and an error confirmed twice travels. Keep your registered email and phone current, because payout questions are asked through them.

9. Cancelling or changing a request

A pending request can be cancelled or amended from the account or through your manager until it enters processing. Once processing has started, the request runs to completion, because payment rails cannot be recalled mid-flight, and any correction afterwards is handled as a new transaction.

10. Support

Withdrawal questions go to [email protected], which answers usually under 5 minutes on chat, one business hour by email. A status question is answered with the request reference, the stage it is at, and the next expected event, in writing.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy can change as methods, limits, or legal requirements change. The current version is always the one on this page, and changes take effect when published. Material changes affecting an in-flight request never apply to that request retroactively.
