Getting started
This guide walks the full path from an empty browser tab to a running strategy: registration, the verification call, funding, and the first month of actually using the platform. Follow it in order and you will know what happens next at every stage, which is the difference between starting and drifting.
1. Introduction
The platform is built so that a person who has never traded can reach a running account without learning jargon first. The work is divided between you and the platform deliberately: you decide the amount, the timing, and the risk level; the BTC 800 engine does the market watching; a named manager connects the two and explains anything that is unclear. After finishing this guide you will be able to register, complete verification, fund your account by the method that suits you in Trinidad and Tobago, connect the parts that need connecting, and read your first monthly statement without guessing.
2. Step 1: Registering your account
Registration starts on the home page form or the account page. You provide your name, email, and phone number, and choose a strong unique password, stored best in a password manager rather than memory. Registration costs nothing and commits you to nothing: no payment is requested at this stage, and nothing can trade on an empty account.
Two security habits belong to day one, not month three. First, enable two-factor authentication through an authenticator app as soon as the setting is available, because it is mandatory before your first withdrawal anyway and there is no advantage in waiting. Second, note the official domain and support email: [email protected]. Every later message that claims to be from the platform and asks for a password, a one-time code, or urgency can then be checked against that note, and the fraud warning page explains the tells in detail.
3. Step 2: The verification call and funding
Within 24 hours of registering, your personal manager calls. The call has a fixed agenda: verifying your identity details, understanding your experience and expectations, and agreeing the risk limits that will bound every strategy on the account. Treat this call as the most valuable half hour of your first month. The questions about what you can afford to lose are not small talk; they are the numbers that get programmed into the platform.
Funding happens after the call, at your pace, by any method on the methods page: Visa or Mastercard, PayPal, a bank transfer in one to three business days, or a Republic Online or Scotia digital transfer that normally lands within minutes. The account is held in US dollars, so a TT-dollar card or bank payment settles through your provider's conversion, and with the TT dollar pegged to the US dollar that conversion is easy to check on your statement. The minimum first deposit is USD 250 on the Basic tier, and the tier comparison lives on the fees page.
Verification documents, if the compliance flow requests them, are uploaded through the secure channel described in the AML/KYC policy, never by reply email. Most checks finish the same business day.
4. Step 3: Setting up monitoring and strategies
With the account funded, you and the manager configure what the engine watches and how it may act: which markets to monitor, what alerts you want to receive and where, and the strategy parameters inside the agreed limits. You can start with ready strategies from experienced traders and adjust later, or set your own parameters from the first day. Two settings deserve real thought rather than a default: the position-size limit, which caps how much any single position can dominate the account, and the stop-loss behaviour, which decides how the account reacts when a position moves against you.
The engine runs continuously from that point, including the hours you are not watching, and the volatility pause feature steps the account back when conditions turn chaotic. Pauses can feel like the platform is doing nothing at exactly the wrong moment; they are doing exactly the right thing, and the risk disclosure explains the reasoning under service availability.
5. Step 4: Reading the dashboard and managing the account
The dashboard is the account's front page: current positions, the running result, active sessions, connected services, and the alert history. The monthly statement pairs with the audit log: the statement tells you what the account did, and the audit log tells you what was changed, when, and by whom. Reading them side by side once a month, for about two minutes, is the entire expected maintenance routine.
Withdrawals are available at any time from the account menu, follow the withdrawal policy, and are paid by bank transfer, card, or PayPal with the timelines published in advance. Support is not a last resort: [email protected] answers Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30 AST (excluding public holidays), and your manager is the right first call for anything about settings or reports.
6. Important notes before you begin
Three sentences that matter more than the rest of this page. Nothing on the platform, including the automated engine, guarantees profit, and every strategy can lose money, including the full invested amount. Invest only funds you can afford to leave untouched and, in the worst case, lose. Lack of trading experience does not increase your expected return; it increases the value of starting at the minimum, watching a full month, and scaling only when the reports make sense to you.
A fourth note on pace, because it decides whether month one becomes month twelve. Do every stage in order and let each one finish before starting the next: registration before the call, the call before funding, a funded month on the default settings before any customization. The clients who struggle are almost always the ones who compressed those stages into an afternoon. The platform has no expiry on patience, your manager will happily slow a step down, and the market, which never sleeps, will still be there when you are ready for the next one.
