Terms of Use

1. Use of the website and services

By accessing the site you agree to these terms. The platform provides market monitoring, analysis tools, and account services for personal investment purposes. An account is opened through registration and verification, and services are provided once onboarding under the AML/KYC policy is complete. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

2. Limitations

The platform does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing on the site is a personal investment recommendation. Content is informational. Automated tools execute within the limits you agree with your manager; they do not remove your responsibility for the decision to invest, the amount, and the risk level. Where services involve execution with licensed entities, those entities' terms govern the trading relationship.

3. Promotional materials and newsletters

Registered users may receive service messages, statements, and, with consent, marketing communication. Every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link, and withdrawal stops further marketing without affecting the account. Service messages about security, verification, and withdrawals are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while the account is active.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, logos, graphics, and code are the property of Lurotix Markets Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, scraping, or using the content to build a competing or imitating service is prohibited, and the brand's use in impersonation is pursued as fraud, not just infringement.

5. Confidentiality

Account details, strategy settings, statements, and correspondence are confidential to you and the platform. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, and the platform treats data you entrust to it under the Privacy Policy. Information you receive about the platform's internal methods is for your use as a client, not for resale.

6. Links

The site links to third-party pages for reference, including regulators' sites, which are not controlled by the platform. Linking does not imply endorsement, and the platform is not responsible for those pages' content or availability.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the site or services to break any law, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, probe or attack the infrastructure, infringe intellectual-property rights, launder the proceeds of crime, or disguise the identity of the true account beneficiary. Accounts used this way are suspended or closed, and unlawful activity is reported to the authorities, including the Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago where applicable.

8. Support

Support is provided by Client Support and Compliance at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30 AST (excluding public holidays). Every account also has a named manager once onboarding is complete. Formal complaints follow the written route and timelines on the Complaints page.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but without warranties beyond those the law does not allow to be excluded. Markets can be unavailable, data feeds can lag, and no statement that a service is uninterrupted or error-free is made. Prices shown anywhere on the platform, including the ticker, are indicative. Trading involves the risk of loss, including the full invested amount.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform's liability for claims connected to the site is limited to the fees you paid to the platform over the twelve months before the claim. The platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses caused by your own security failures, or losses resulting from market moves. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify the platform against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, and your misuse of the services, including providing false information at onboarding.

12. Other terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, and disputes fall to its courts or to the alternative routes described on the Complaints page. If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest stands. The current version of the terms takes effect when published on this page, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them. The risk disclosure, the fees page, and the withdrawal policy form part of the service relationship.
