Deposit and withdrawal methods
Every payment rail available on the platform, in both directions, with the fee and the honest processing time for each. Accounts are held in US dollars; local TT-dollar payments settle through your own bank's conversion, and the TT dollar's peg to the US dollar keeps that conversion simple to check.
Withdrawal methods
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Wire transfer | Free | 1 to 3 business days | Withdrawals go to the verified bank account in your own name. After internal approval, local transfers normally complete within one to three business days, with international wires at the outer end of that window. |
| Visa | Debit or credit card | Free | 1 to 5 business days | Card payouts return to the same Visa card used for funding, where your bank supports it. Final posting depends on the issuer and usually takes one to five business days. |
| Mastercard | Debit or credit card | Free | 1 to 5 business days | Mastercard payouts return to the funding card where the issuer supports it. Processing time depends on your bank and typically runs one to five business days. |
| PayPal | Electronic wallet | Free | Within 24 hours | If you funded by PayPal, withdrawals can return to the same PayPal account. After approval, funds are usually available within 24 hours and can then move to your bank or stay in the wallet. |
Deposit methods
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Debit or credit card | Free | Instant | Visa deposits are authorized in seconds and may pass an additional Verified by Visa check. After approval the amount is normally credited to your trading account immediately. |
| Mastercard | Debit or credit card | Free | Instant | Mastercard deposits use Identity Check verification for security. Once the transaction is approved the funds are typically available right away, and the charge appears on your card statement in TT dollars at your bank rate. |
| PayPal | Electronic wallet | Free | Instant | PayPal lets you fund the account from a linked card or bank account. After confirming the payment the deposit usually arrives instantly, and the whole flow stays inside PayPal login protection. |
| Bank transfer | Wire transfer | Free | 1 to 3 business days | Bank transfers from any local or international account clear on standard rails. Send USD where your bank offers it to avoid conversion, and the deposit posts once your bank releases the batch. |
| Republic Online / Scotia digital transfer | Online banking transfer | Free | Instant | Digital transfers through Republic Online or Scotia online banking move on local rails and normally reach the trading account within minutes of confirmation in your banking app. |
Reading the tables honestly
Processing time is the honest range, not the best case: "instant" means the deposit normally appears within a minute of the payment succeeding, and the day-ranges for bank transfers reflect how long your own bank takes to release a batch, which no platform can compress. Withdrawals always start with internal checks under the withdrawal policy, so a payout method's clock begins after approval, not at the moment you click.
All deposits must come from accounts, cards, and wallets in your own name, as required by the AML/KYC policy. Third-party funding is returned, and returned funds travel back the way they came, which can take as long as the original arrival. If a payment method you use daily is missing from these tables, it is not supported, and any offer to "arrange" it privately is fraud; see the fraud warning.
